Regional Council of North America – 22 February 2007

Dear WLCU Colleagues in the United States and Canada:

The next regional meeting (USA & Canada) is to be held in Montreal (April
27 – 29, 2007).

President Georges Murr and the Regional Secretary General Mr Ibrahm Dagher are aiming to have all of our chapters in the US and Canada represented. Please plan early and take advantage of this reservation opportunity.  Later reservations will probably be more expensive and harder to make.  And, please be kind enough to inform Mr Dagher of your plan on idagher [at] post.harvard.edu

We urge you to make your plans as quickly as possible because the end of April is a busy time for hotels in Montreal.  Here are the details as provided by the hotel manager.

Reservation procedures:

Guests must call 1-800-361-7791 or email sofia@hotelvillemarie.com to
reserve.

They must mention that they want to reserve a room under the “WLCU Regional Meeting Group”.

A credit card number is required to reserve.
Deadline to reserve is February 26th 2007.  Please let everyone know that we
are almost sold out already.  Please reserve as soon as possible.
