M. Michel Doueihi participe au Dîner de la Section Féminine en France et rencontre des personnalités

In The occasion of Mother’s Day, WLCU Women’s Committee in the French National Council organized a gala dinner at the Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysees Avenue in Paris dedicated to honoring the Lebanese women, especially those that have achieved success in foreign countries. The council honored in this dinner as a symbol of this success the French-Lebanese poet Venus Khoury – Gata.

This dinner was under the patronage and the presence of the Ambassador of Lebanon in Paris Boutros Assaker. WLCU WP Mr. Michel Doueihi and his wife came specifically from Australia to attend the ceremony, as well as to the former WP Mr. Eid Chedrawi and his wife the Chairperson of the Committee for Ladies of Lebanese Descent Mrs. Haifa Chedrawi.

Also was present, the Lebanese Ambassador to UNESCO Dr. Khalil Karam and his wife, Former Ambassador of France to Lebanon and the current director of the France Minister of Foreign Affairs’s Office Denis Pieton and his wife, President of the WLCU Board of Trustees George Abi Raad, President of the Regional Council for Europe Roger Hani, President of the National Council in France Edmond Abdel Massih, President of the Women Committee in France Randa Lteif Stephan, WLCU officers and members and a number of Lebanese organizations in Lebanon and France and representatives of political parties and the media.

During his visit to France, WP Mr. Michel Doueihi met with several Lebanese Emigrants personalities living in Paris. He also met with the Archbishop Nader El Gemayel, Mufti Dr. Malek el Chaar and the French deputy of Lebanese Descent Henri Gebrayel.

Dr. Khalil Karam made an honoring lunch for WP Doueihi and also the manager of MEA office in Paris Raymond Khattar held a ceremony in his honor. WP Douehi met with the Lebanese Minister of Culture Gaby Layoun during an honoring lunch organized by Antoine Menassa.

Gaby Lteif interviewed the WP Doueihi accompanied with Edmond Abdel Massih and Randa Lteif Stephan in Radio Monte Carlo.
