World Lebanese Cultural Union
The WLCU San Francisco chapter has been hosting the event of the Lebanese Independence Day since its inception in 2006.
The evening started with the Lebanese National Anthem and then Mr. Khalil Khouri, WLCU president-SF Chapter welcomed the President of the Lebanese American Association, Mr. Fuad Tabsharani, Father John Nahal, pastor of Our Lady of Lebanon Church, the president of the Lebanese American University Chapter in San Francisco, Mrs. Hana Rustom Archbold and many other present businessmen, WLCU board members: Marcelle Selim, Roula Jamhouri Haddad, Gilbert Rahme, Toni Hatem, Assaad Stephan.
In his speech, Mr. Khouri spoke about the importance of the WLCU role, its accomplishments and its future plans.
The evening continued with delicious food and nice entertainment with the singer Ghassan Bader and band.
