Mobilization of the Lebanese expansion around the recovery of Lebanese nationality and the right to vote as Lebanese citizens abroad.

Following the conference held on 23^rd of  February 2017 at the National Assembly in Paris on the “Right to vote of Lebanese from abroad”, organized by the WLCU-France, chaired by Ms Artémis HG Kairouz in collaboration with the World Cultural Commission ULCM; recommendations were made.

These recommendations were discussed during a meeting on the sidelines of the condolences presented to the French deputy of Lebanese origin Elie Aboud for the disappearance of his father, with Lebanese deputy Neemtallah Abi Nasr and head of the ULCM World Cultural Commission Dr. Christiane Saliba on February 28, 2017 in Kfar Hay.

This meeting was an occasion to discuss how to strengthen the links between parliamentarians of Lebanese origin in the host countries and those in Lebanon, in order to foster the will of the WLCU to mobilize Lebanese expansion around the recovery of Lebanese nationality and the right to vote as Lebanese citizens abroad.

The objective of this approach is to set up an action to promote the external political citizenship guaranteed by the Charter of the United Nations and to affirm their representation, their participation and their socio-cultural belonging to Lebanon.

The World Cultural Commission of the WLCU is committed to conducting this action in implementing a project of global scale, supported by the Lebanese elected representatives, parliamentarians of Lebanese origin in the host countries and by the living force of the Lebanese expansion, and with the help of Mr. Kamal Féghali, the statistical expert in electoral system at the national and international level.

تحفيز الانتشار اللبناني حول حق استعادة الجنسية اللبنانية وحق التصويت!!!!

في أعقاب مؤتمر 23 فبراير 2017 في مجلس النواب الفرنسي في باريس حول “حق التصويت للبنانيين في الخارج” الذي نظمه المجلس الوطني الفرنسي للجامعة اللبنانية الثقافية في العالم الذي ترأسه السيدة أرتميس  كيروز بالتعاون مع الهيئة الثقافية العالمية للجامعة اللبنانية في العالم، قدمت عدة توصيات.

وقد نوقشت هذه التوصيات في اجتماع على هامش تقدمة التعزية إلى النائب الفرنسي اللبناني إيلي عبود بمناسبة وفاة والده، بين هذا الاخير والنائب اللبناني نعمة الله أبي نصر ورئيسة الهيئة الثقافية العالمية في الجامعة اللبنانية الثقافية في العالم د. كريستيان صليبا في 28 فبراير 2017 في كفر حي. 

وكان هذا الاجتماع فرصة لمناقشة سبل تعزيز الروابط بين البرلمانيين من أصل لبناني في البلدان المضيفة و البرلمانيين في لبنان، لدعم إرادة الجامعة اللبنانية الثقافية في العالم في حث الانتشار اللبناني على استعادة الجنسية اللبنانية و ودعم حق التصويت للبنانيين في الخارج.

والهدف من هذا النهج هو القيام بعمل لتعزيز المواطنة السياسية الخارجية التي يكفلها ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والتي تؤكد تمثيل الانتشار ومشاركته وانتمائه الاجتماعي والثقافي الى لبنان.

Mobilisation de l’expansion libanaise autour de la récupération de la nationalité libanaise et de son droit de vote !!

Suite à la conférence du 23 février 2017 à l’Assemblée Nationale à Paris autour du  « Droit de vote des Libanais de l’étranger » organisée par l’ULCM-France présidée par Mme Artémis H.G. Kairouz en collaboration avec la Commission Culturelle Mondiale de l’ULCM, des recommandations ont été formulées.

Ces recommandations ont fait l’objet d’une discussion lors d’une rencontre en marge des condoléances présentées au député français d’origine libanaise Elie Aboud pour la disparition de son père, avec le député libanais Neemtallah Abi Nasr  et la responsable de la commission culturelle mondiale de l’ULCM Dr. Christiane Saliba le 28 février 2017 à Kfar Hay.

Cette rencontre était l’occasion d’évoquer les moyens de renforcer les liens entre parlementaires d’origine libanaise des pays d’accueil et ceux du Liban pour favoriser la volonté de  l’ULCM dans sa démarche de mobiliser l’expansion libanaise autour de la récupération de la nationalité libanaise et du droit de vote comme citoyens Libanais de l’étranger.

L’objectif de cette démarche est de mettre en place une action afin de promouvoir la citoyenneté politique externe garantie par la charte des Nations-Unies et d’affirmer leur représentation, leur participation et leur appartenance socioculturelle au Liban.

La commission culturelle mondiale de l’ULCM s’engage à conduire cette action  en mettant en place, un projet d’envergure mondiale, soutenu par les élus libanais, les élus d’origine libanaise dans les pays d’accueil et par la force vive de l’expansion libanaise, et  avec l’aide de M. Kamal Féghali, l’expert statistique en système électoral au niveau national et international.
