YOUTH OF THE LEBANESE ARGENTINIAN CULTURAL UNION<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0On June 18th<\/sup>, 19th<\/sup>\u00a0and 20th<\/sup>\u00a0the Argentine Cultural Union Youth (JUCAL) held the 4th<\/sup>National Meeting of Education at the Buenos Aires Lebanese Club National Lebanese Education Encounter.<\/p>\n The meeting slogan was\u00a0” Who are we and where do we go: JUCAL\u00b4s identity ten years after the re-foundation of the National Committee”<\/strong><\/p>\n This\u00a0time\u00a0the Lebanese young people\u00a0participated in lectures and conferences about the history and trajectory of the institution. Also, they could talk with figures, and together, reflected about the future course\u00a0that\u00a0the institution will take.<\/p>\n On the other hand\u00a0the youth could enjoy lecturers from\u00a0the International Analyst Khatchik Der Gougassian and the Republic of Lebanon Ambassador, Hicham Hamdan. They explained the actual situation in the Middle East and in Lebanon, from the Arabic revolts to their consequences in the world.<\/p>\n In terms\u00a0of taking full advantage\u00a0of Hamdan\u2019s visit, the youth\u00a0made questions about the embassy\u00b4s functions and talked about the\u00a0future possibility of making\u00a0joint\u00a0projects between both institutions.<\/p>\n Also, an open National Committee meeting\u00a0took place, in which four new Jucal headquarters were accepted\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Argentinean cities of Ca\u00f1uelas, C\u00f3rdoba, Bah\u00eda Blanca and General Roca.<\/p>\n In addition\u00a0the youth could enjoy different activities, such as\u00a0Lebanese cinema and a gourmet class with taste of Lebanese\u2019s dishes.<\/p>\n This meeting is one of the three that JUCAL made during the year, and is organized by the Education and Culture Commission.
