Mobilization of the Lebanese expansion around the recovery of Lebanese nationality and the right to vote as Lebanese citizens abroad. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Following the conference held on 23<\/span>rd<\/span><\/sup> of <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>February 2017 at the National Assembly in Paris on the “Right to vote of Lebanese from abroad”, organized by the WLCU-France, chaired by Ms Art\u00e9mis HG Kairouz in collaboration with the World Cultural Commission ULCM; recommendations were made.<\/span><\/p>\n

These recommendations were discussed during a meeting on the sidelines of the condolences presented to the French deputy of Lebanese origin Elie Aboud for the disappearance of his father, with Lebanese deputy Neemtallah Abi Nasr and head of the ULCM World Cultural Commission Dr. Christiane Saliba on February 28, 2017 in Kfar Hay.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"This meeting was an occasion to discuss how to strengthen the links between parliamentarians of Lebanese origin in the host countries and those in Lebanon, in order to foster the will of the WLCU to mobilize Lebanese expansion around the recovery of Lebanese nationality and the right to vote as Lebanese citizens abroad. <\/span><\/p>\n

The objective of this approach is to set up an action to promote the external political citizenship guaranteed by the Charter of the United Nations and to affirm their representation, their participation and their socio-cultural belonging to Lebanon.<\/span><\/p>\n

The World Cultural Commission of the WLCU is committed to conducting this action in implementing a project of global scale, supported by the Lebanese elected representatives, parliamentarians of Lebanese origin in the host countries and by the living force of the Lebanese expansion, and with the help of Mr. Kamal F\u00e9ghali, the statistical expert in electoral system at the national and international level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mobilisation de l\u2019expansion libanaise\u00a0autour de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la nationalit\u00e9 libanaise et de son droit de vote !!<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/b><\/p>\n

Suite \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence du 23 f\u00e9vrier 2017 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale \u00e0 Paris autour du\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Droit de vote des Libanais de l\u2019\u00e9tranger\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9e par l\u2019ULCM-France pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Mme Art\u00e9mis H.G. Kairouz en collaboration avec la Commission Culturelle Mondiale de l\u2019ULCM, des recommandations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ces recommandations ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une discussion lors d\u2019une rencontre en marge des condol\u00e9ances pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au d\u00e9put\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais d\u2019origine libanaise Elie Aboud pour la disparition de son p\u00e8re, avec le d\u00e9put\u00e9 libanais Neemtallah Abi Nasr\u00a0 et la responsable de la commission culturelle mondiale de l\u2019ULCM Dr. Christiane Saliba le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2017 \u00e0 Kfar Hay.\"\"<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cette rencontre \u00e9tait l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9voquer les moyens de renforcer les liens entre parlementaires d\u2019origine libanaise des pays d\u2019accueil et ceux du Liban pour favoriser la volont\u00e9 de \u00a0l\u2019ULCM dans sa d\u00e9marche de mobiliser l\u2019expansion libanaise autour de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la nationalit\u00e9 libanaise et du droit de vote comme citoyens Libanais de l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019objectif de cette d\u00e9marche est de mettre en place une action afin de promouvoir la citoyennet\u00e9 politique externe garantie par la charte des Nations-Unies et d\u2019affirmer leur repr\u00e9sentation, leur participation et leur appartenance socioculturelle au Liban.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La commission culturelle mondiale de l\u2019ULCM s\u2019engage \u00e0 conduire cette action \u00a0en mettant en place, un projet d\u2019envergure mondiale, soutenu par les \u00e9lus libanais, les \u00e9lus d\u2019origine libanaise dans les pays d\u2019accueil et par la force vive de l\u2019expansion libanaise, et \u00a0avec l\u2019aide de M.
