SINARC,\u00a0LAU\u2019s institute for intensive Arabic language and Culture studies, has developed a new Cultural Immersion program to be launched in July 2020 and we encourage you to be a part of it! For this reason, and thanks to LAU’s help and support, we will be awarding scholarships for participants in the program!<\/p>\n

This 10-day program includes a mixture of Lebanese dialect studies, excursions around Lebanon to practice what you learn, and cultural workshops!\u00a0For further information and application to the SINARC program, visit\u00a0https:\/\/sinarc.lau.edu.lb\/beirut\/cultural-program.php<\/a><\/p>\n

The WLCUY Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those interested in the scholarship must apply through the the link below. The application must be submitted\u00a0before March 30, 2020. <\/strong><\/p>\n

To be eligible to receive one of the scholarships for the Cultural Immersion program, you must comply with the following basic criteria*:<\/p>\n

  1. Have appropriately registered to the SINARC Summer Cultural Immersion Program;<\/li>\n
  2. Be between 18 and 30 years of age on July 15th, 2020;<\/li>\n
  3. Be an active member of an affiliated WLCUY chapter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La Beca<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Quienes est\u00e9n interesados en participar en el programa, pueden aplicar a la beca por medio del link al final de la p\u00e1gina. Este formulario debe ser entregado antes del 30 de marzo de 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Para ser elegible para recibir una de las becas para el programa de inmersi\u00f3n cultural, debes cumplir con los siguientes requisitos*:<\/p>\n

    1. Haberte registrado adecuadamente en el Programa de Inmersi\u00f3n Cultural de SINARC;<\/li>\n
    2. Tener entre 18 y 30 a\u00f1os de edad el 15 de julio de 2020;<\/li>\n
    3. Ser un miembro activo de un cap\u00edtulo de juventud afiliado a WLCUY.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
