The deadline to apply for LAU\u2019s summer Cultural Immersion program is fast approaching! The program runs from July 15th<\/sup>-24th<\/sup> based in the LAU Beirut Campus and includes a mixture of Lebanese dialect studies, excursions around Lebanon to practice what you learn, and cultural workshops! Don\u2019t miss your chance, make sure to register to the program *before March 30th<\/sup>* through the program\u2019s website: https:\/\/sinarc.lau.edu.lb\/beirut\/cultural-program.php<\/a><\/p>\n

The WLCUY Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n

The WLCU Youth is awarding scholarships to participate in the program! If you are interested, make sure to submit your scholarship application, here\u2019s the form!<\/a><\/p>\n

Keep in mind that to be eligible to receive one of the scholarships for the Cultural Immersion program, you must comply with the following basic criteria*:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Have appropriately registered to the SINARC Summer Cultural Immersion Program and delivered the Scholarship application before March 30th<\/sup>, 2020;<\/li>\n
  2. Be between 18 and 30 years of age on July 15th, 2020;<\/li>\n
  3. Be an active member of an affiliated WLCUY chapter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Please note that these criteria apply for the WLCUY Scholarship ONLY, not for participation in the SINARC program.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a1La fecha l\u00edmite para aplicar para el programa de Inmersi\u00f3n Cultural de LAU se acerca r\u00e1pidamente! El programa se llevar\u00e1 a cabo entre 15 al 24 de julio teniendo como sede el campus de Beirut de LAU e incluye una mezcla de estudios de dialecto liban\u00e9s, excursiones por el L\u00edbano para practicar lo aprendido y talleres culturales. No pierdas esta oportunidad, aseg\u00farate de registrarte en el programa *antes del 30 de marzo* a trav\u00e9s del sitio web del programa: https:\/\/sinarc.lau.edu.lb\/beirut\/cultural-program.php<\/a><\/p>\n

    Becas de la Juventud ULCM<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a1La Juventud de la ULCM est\u00e1 otorgar\u00e1 becas para participar en el programa! Si est\u00e1s interesado, aseg\u00farate de enviar tu solicitud de beca, \u00a1aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el formulario!<\/a><\/p>\n

    Ten en cuenta que para ser elegible para recibir una de las becas para el programa de Inmersi\u00f3n Cultural, debes cumplir con los siguientes criterios b\u00e1sicos*:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Haber diligenciado adecuadamente la aplicaci\u00f3n para el programa de Inmersi\u00f3n Cultural y el formulario de solicitud de beca de la ULCM;<\/li>\n
    2. Tener entre 18 y 30 a\u00f1os de edad el 15 de julio de 2020;<\/li>\n
    3. Ser un miembro activo de un cap\u00edtulo de juventud afiliado a WLCUY.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
