I’m a fourth-generation Lebanese descendant, born in Argentina and currently living in Australia. I graduated in International Relations and worked in the International Relations Department of the Municipality of Rosario.\u00a0 Currently I’m the EA to the CEO in a construction company in Sydney.<\/p>\n

I lived and worked in Lebanon for half a year, and was also a member of the Lebanese Youth of Rosario for 7 years where I served as was the Cultural and Education Affairs Officer and then as member of the Executive Board as Secretary General. Now I’m a founding member of ALYA (Australian Lebanese Youth Association) and Secretary General of the National Board.<\/p>\n

My goal is to share and spread the wonderful Lebanese culture and our beloved Country of Cedars within the whole world!<\/p>\n

(Soy bisnieta de Libanesa, nac\u00ed en Argentina y ahora vivo en Australia. Como Licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales, trabaj\u00e9 en el Departamento de RRII de la Municipalidad de Rosario, y actualmente soy la Asistente Ejecutiva del CEO de una constructora en Sydney. <\/em><\/p>\n

Viv\u00ed y trabaj\u00e9 medio a\u00f1o en el L\u00edbano, y tambi\u00e9n fui parte de la Juventud Libanesa de Rosario por 7 a\u00f1os. All\u00ed fui Encargada de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura, y luego parte de la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva como Secretaria General. Ahora soy miembro fundadora de ALYA (Asociaci\u00f3n de la Juventud Libanesa Australiana) y Secretaria General de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional. <\/em><\/p>\n

Mi objetivo es que todo el mundo conozca la maravillosa cultura libanesa y nuestro amado Pa\u00eds de los Cedros!)<\/em><\/p>\n

My dad emigrated from Lebanon to Colombia when he was a 19. He stayed and built his life in a new country, married a Colombian (my mom) and has made sure to pass the love and sense of patriotism for this lovely country to his children!<\/p>\n

I am a petroleum engineer and currently live in Saudi Arabia. I\u2019ve been part of the JUCOLI chapter where I was in charge of social action and now as Social Welfare Officer of the WLCUY I will give 100% and hope to contribute to the Lebanese community around the world.<\/p>\n

(Mi pap\u00e1 emigr\u00f3 del L\u00edbano a Colombia cuando ten\u00eda 19 a\u00f1os. Se qued\u00f3 y construy\u00f3 su vida en un nuevo pa\u00eds, se cas\u00f3 con una colombiana (mi madre) y se asegur\u00f3 de transmitir el amor y la sensaci\u00f3n de patriotismo por este hermoso pa\u00eds a sus hijos!<\/em><\/p>\n

Soy ingeniea de petr\u00f3leos y actualmente vivo en Arabia Saudita. He sido parte del cap\u00edtulo de JUCOLI donde estaba a cargo de responsabilidad social y ahora, como Oficial de Acci\u00f3n Social de WLCUY, dar\u00e9 el 100% y espero contribuir a la comunidad libanesa de todo el mundo.)<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u00b4m a proud Mexican-Lebanese young man. I studied Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico, and I\u2019m currently working as a tax lawyer and consultant in Mexico City. My great grandfather was a Maronite Priest from Saghbine, Lebanon; and in the mid-1900s he emigrated to the United States of America and then to\u00a0Mexico where he established along with his family that arrived three years after him.<\/p>\n

For me, Lebanon is a topic of my day to day. I was raised with plenty of stories that my grandfather used to tell me about this beautiful country, as well as the example of the hard work that my father has done for the Lebanese community in Mexico. Now I\u2019m following their steps by spreading the love I have for Lebanon through my work as Treasure Holder of the WLCU World Council for Youth.<\/p>\n

(Soy un orgulloso joven mexicano-liban\u00e9s. Estudi\u00e9 Derecho en la Universidad Iberoamericana en M\u00e9xico, y actualmente estoy trabajando como abogado y consultor fiscal en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Mi bisabuelo era un sacerdote maronita de Saghbine, L\u00edbano; y a mediados del siglo XX emigr\u00f3 a los Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica y luego a M\u00e9xico, donde se estableci\u00f3 junto con su familia que lleg\u00f3 tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de \u00e9l.<\/em><\/p>\n

Para m\u00ed, el L\u00edbano es un tema del d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Crec\u00ed con muchas historias que mi abuelo sol\u00eda contarme sobre este hermoso pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como el ejemplo del arduo trabajo que mi padre ha hecho para la comunidad libanesa en M\u00e9xico.
