An unbelievable initiative organized by the Chilean Lebanese youth through the WLCUY chapter, J\u00f3venes de Origen Liban\u00e9s (JOL), 150 boxes of food were delivered to Lebanese Families in need!<\/p>\n

With the help from three NGOs registered with the Lebanese Food Bank, 50 boxes were distributed throughout North Lebanon, 50 boxes throughout Beirut, and 50 boxes throughout Mount Lebanon.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n

Each box contained 26 items:
\nOil 1.6 lt
\nBorghol 1 kg
\nRice 2 kg
\nSugar 2 kg
\nLentils 1 kg
\nNoodles 800 g
\nHummos 400g can x2
\nCan of beans 400g x2
\nTea 25 sachets
\nTomato paste 400 g x2
\nSalt 500g
\nFlour 2 kg
\nCheese 8 pieces x2
\nMeat lunch 200g x2
\nPasta 500g x2
\nCoffee 180 g
\nCookies 85g x2
\nTurkish delight box.<\/p>\n

This was possible thanks to the tireless work of JOL Chile and the hundreds of people who contributed.<\/p>\n

The donation was made through the Lebanese Food Bank @lebfoodbank, an organization whose mission is to fight and defeat hunger throughout Lebanon by 2030 developing effective donation programs.<\/p>\n

As young people of Lebanese Origin in Chile, they will work to remain committed to helping Lebanon and continue these efforts to assure donations like these are still possible.

JOL Chile en Acci\u00f3n esta Navidad!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

En una incre\u00edble iniciativa organizada por los j\u00f3venes libaneses de Chile a trav\u00e9s de la secci\u00f3n de la WLCUY, J\u00f3venes de Origen Liban\u00e9s (JOL), se entregaron 150 cajas de alimentos a familias libanesas necesitadas.<\/p>\n

Con la ayuda de tres ONG registradas en el Banco de Alimentos del L\u00edbano, se distribuyeron 50 cajas en el norte del L\u00edbano, 50 cajas en Beirut y 50 cajas en el Monte L\u00edbano.<\/p>\n

Cada caja contiene 26 elementos:

\nAz\u00facar 2 kg
\nLentejas 1 kg
\nFideos 800 g
\nHummos lata de 400 g x2

\nSal 500g, Harina 2 kg
\nQueso 8 piezas x2
\nAlmuerzo de carne 200g x2
\nPasta 500g x2

\nCaja de delicias turcas.<\/p>\n

Esto fue posible gracias al incanzable trabajo de JOL y a las cientos de personas que aportaron y contribuyeron.<\/p>\n

La donaci\u00f3n fue realizada a traves de la Organizaci\u00f3n Lebanese Food Bank @lebfoodbank organizaci\u00f3n que tiene como misi\u00f3n luchar y vencer el hambre en todo el L\u00edbano para el a\u00f1o 2030 desarrollando programas efectivos de donaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
