The World Lebanese Cultural Union (WLCU) dedicated three days to meeting the Order of Malta in Lebanon to better understand its structure and activities, with the prospect of establishing a partnership around the social and humanitarian action of the WLCU in the country. The initiatives of the Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), present in all regions and serving all components of society, indeed constitute a model of reference.<\/p>\n

On the first day, a WLCU delegation, led by its World President, Mr. Roger Hani, and the Secretary General, Mr. Georges Abi Raad, was received at the office of the OML President, Mr. Marwan Sehnaoui, for an introductory meeting and discussions on future cooperation.<\/p>\n

The next day, the delegation visited the OML Medical and Social Center in Ain Remmaneh, in order to tour the premises and learn about the services offered to the local population. They were welcomed by Mrs. L\u00e9lia El-Khazen Mallat, Director General of the OML, as well as the center\u2019s managers.<\/p>\n

On the third day, the visit continued at the OML center in Chabrouh, where a reception camp is held for patients requiring specific support. This program is run by German volunteers under the supervision of Reverend Father Raymond Bou Assi and his permanent team.<\/p>\n

The WLCU praised this spirit of international cooperation and expressed the wish to participate by mobilizing, in turn, volunteers for the benefit of patients cared for by the OML.

Visita de la ULCM a la Orden de Malta en el L\u00edbano con miras a una colaboraci\u00f3n
\n<\/strong> La Uni\u00f3n Libanesa Cultural Mundial (ULCM) dedic\u00f3 tres d\u00edas a reunirse con la Orden de Malta en el L\u00edbano con el fin de conocer mejor su estructura y sus actividades, en la perspectiva de establecer una asociaci\u00f3n en torno a la acci\u00f3n social y humanitaria de la ULCM en el pa\u00eds. Las iniciativas de la Orden de Malta L\u00edbano (OML), presentes en todas las regiones y al servicio de todos los componentes de la sociedad, constituyen un modelo de referencia.<\/p>\n

El primer d\u00eda, una delegaci\u00f3n de la ULCM, encabezada por su presidente mundial, el Sr. Roger Hani, y el secretario general, el Sr. Georges Abi Raad, fue recibida en la oficina del presidente de la OML, el Sr. Marwan Sehnaoui, para una reuni\u00f3n de introducci\u00f3n e intercambio sobre futuras cooperaciones.<\/p>\n

Al d\u00eda siguiente, la delegaci\u00f3n visit\u00f3 el Centro M\u00e9dico-Social OML en Ain Remmaneh, con el fin de recorrer las instalaciones y conocer los servicios ofrecidos a la poblaci\u00f3n local. Fueron recibidos por la Sra. L\u00e9lia El-Khazen Mallat, directora general de la OML, as\u00ed como por los responsables del centro.<\/p>\n

El tercer d\u00eda, la visita continu\u00f3 en el centro de la OML en Chabrouh, donde se lleva a cabo un campamento de acogida para pacientes que requieren atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Este programa est\u00e1 a cargo de voluntarios alemanes, bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Reverendo Padre Raymond Bou Assi y su equipo permanente. La ULCM elogi\u00f3 este esp\u00edritu de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional y expres\u00f3 el deseo de asociarse movilizando, a su vez, voluntarios en beneficio de los pacientes atendidos por la OML.<\/p>\n

Visite de l\u2019ULCM aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Ordre de Malte au Liban en vue d\u2019une collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019Union Libanaise Culturelle Mondiale (ULCM) a consacr\u00e9 trois jours \u00e0 rencontrer l\u2019Ordre de Malte au Liban afin de mieux conna\u00eetre sa structure et ses activit\u00e9s, dans la perspective d\u2019\u00e9tablir un partenariat autour de l\u2019action sociale et humanitaire de l\u2019ULCM dans le pays. Les initiatives de l\u2019Ordre de Malte Liban (OML), pr\u00e9sentes dans toutes les r\u00e9gions et au service de toutes les composantes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, constituent en effet un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n

Le premier jour, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2019ULCM, conduite par son pr\u00e9sident mondial, M. Roger Hani, et le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, M. Georges Abi Raad, a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue au bureau du pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019OML, M. Marwan Sehnaoui, pour une r\u00e9union d\u2019introduction et d\u2019\u00e9changes sur de futures coop\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n

Le lendemain, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation s\u2019est rendue au Centre M\u00e9dico-Social de l\u2019OML \u00e0 Ain Remmaneh, afin de visiter les lieux et de d\u00e9couvrir les services offerts \u00e0 la population locale. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie par Mme L\u00e9lia El-Khazen Mallat, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019OML, ainsi que par les responsables du centre.<\/p>\n

Le troisi\u00e8me jour, la visite s\u2019est poursuivie au centre de l\u2019OML \u00e0 Chabrouh, o\u00f9 se tient un camp d\u2019accueil pour des patients n\u00e9cessitant un accompagnement sp\u00e9cifique. Ce programme est assur\u00e9 par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles allemands, sous la direction du R\u00e9v\u00e9rend P\u00e8re Raymond Bou Assi et de son \u00e9quipe permanente. L\u2019ULCM a salu\u00e9 cet esprit de coop\u00e9ration internationale et exprim\u00e9 le souhait de s\u2019y associer en mobilisant, \u00e0 son tour, des volontaires au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des patients suivis par l\u2019OML.<\/p>\n

      No primeiro dia, uma delega\u00e7\u00e3o da ULCM, liderada por seu presidente mundial, Sr. Roger Hani, e pelo Secret\u00e1rio-Geral, Sr. Georges Abi Raad, foi recebida no escrit\u00f3rio do presidente da OML, Sr. Marwan Sehnaoui, para uma reuni\u00e3o introdut\u00f3ria e discuss\u00f5es sobre futuras coopera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

      No dia seguinte, a delega\u00e7\u00e3o visitou o Centro M\u00e9dico-Social OML em Ain Remmaneh, para conhecer o local e descobrir os servi\u00e7os oferecidos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o local. Foram recebidos pela Sra. L\u00e9lia El-Khazen Mallat, Diretora-Geral da OML, bem como pelos respons\u00e1veis do centro.<\/p>\n

      No terceiro dia, a visita prosseguiu no centro da OML em Chabrouh, onde funciona um acampamento de acolhimento para pacientes que necessitam de acompanhamento espec\u00edfico. Este programa \u00e9 conduzido por volunt\u00e1rios alem\u00e3es, sob a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Reverendo Padre Raymond Bou Assi e de sua equipe permanente.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      A ULCM saudou este esp\u00edrito de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional e expressou o desejo de associar-se, mobilizando tamb\u00e9m volunt\u00e1rios em benef\u00edcio dos pacientes acompanhados pela OML.
