Following the WLCU Secretariat General previous Memo,
We remind you that the ordinary session of the 15TH World Congress will take place the in Sao Paulo, BRAZIL on May 25th to 27th, 2007.
The meetings will be conducted in CLUBE ATLÉTICO MONTE-LÍBANO in São Paulo.

Very Important :
May 17th, deadline for the registration to the “15th World Congress”.
Chapters which have already fulfilled their 2006 dues, must send their registration to the Secretariat General or send a proxy in case they wish to delegate power to an attending party from the same region.

– By respect to the attendants coming from all over the world, no conference call will be accepted unless in extreme case. Every officer wishing to address the congress can send his word to the Secretary General before May 17th 07.

– US citizens need to have their visa to go to Brazil because it is NOT issued at the airport in Brazil.
