World Lebanese Cultural Union
WLCU World President Elie Hakme and World Secretary General Georges Abi Raad are visiting Lebanon along with other WLCU leaders. WLCU delegations have been visiting with various leaders in Lebanon including so far Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, Minister of the Interior Hassan Sabaa, Minister of Culture and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Tarek Mitri, Minister of Tourism Joe Sarkis and Ministers Ahmad Fatfat, Charles Rizk and Jihad Azour, Patriarch Sfeir, General Michel Sleiman, President Amine Gemayel, Dr. Samir Geagea, MP Neemtallah Abi Nasr, Minister Michel Edde, M.P. Elias Skaf, Ambassador Hisham Dimaskeh G.D. of the Foreign Affairs ministry, Mr. Carlos Edde, General Michel Aoun, Mr Walid Joumblat, Cheikh Saad Hariri, The President of the Maronite League Dr Joseph Tarabay, Mr. Dory Chamoun. The delegation met with several experts in economic affairs and took part to a Press Conference in which an amount of US$ 25000 was offered for the equipment of Ain Ebel hospital from the Lebanese Diaspora in Mexico.
