Families who recently obtained Lebanese citizenship for having “honored the memory of his grandfather” were granted recognition. Lebanese immigrants had their major role, since they were given a present and announced the year of arrival. With almost 90 years Antonia Hanna, who arrived in 1929 became Lebanon’s longest residence in Argentina. The Acting Saufar Lubnan, recreation Lebanese wedding Firqat Al Arz, together with Firqat Abu and Emm, highlighted the celebration. “The outcry of Lebanese Immigrant” performed by Diego Fernandez Abuchacha thrilled the audience. The historical recreation of CAIIL with the unpublished video of the visit of Lebanese President Camille Chamoun, 1954, surprised many. The mood was also present with Charlie Chaplin the Immigrant. More than 350 people who joined us are a clear example of love for Lebanon to live here. The Lebanese Rosary Society by the JUCAL and National UCAL, with its president Nestor Hage, are immeasurable support, hard work being conducted by our Research Center on Lebanese Immigration.

For our story, for those who came, for those who never returned, for our present: Lebanese immigrant Happy Day 2015!
