The conference titled: “Building a sustainable future: Coming together to end poverty and discrimination”, included a message on behalf of Mr. Ban Ki-moon, United Nations Secretary-General, a collective message presented by Ms. Zina Grimes and Mr. Henri Yamasheta Wilson, a video message from Ms. Eden Mañalac – Manila, Philippines, a message from the Hyde Leadership Charter School, New York, a video message from Ms. Karina Onbrados Solorzano – Escuintla, Guatemala, a collective message from children presented by Jazmine Holloway and Lawrence Rikie, a video message from Ms. Betza Orozco – Guatemala City, Guatemala, a message from H.E. Mr. François Delattre, Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations, a message from H.E.
