WLCU World President Roger Hani visited Boston Chapter and met with the Lebanese community on May 17th, 2025

During his visit to Boston, on May 17th, the World President met with the President and members of WLCU Boston branch to review their activities and future projects, in a meeting characterized by positivity and an entrepreneurial spirit. Several proposals and recommendations were discussed, which are to be presented during WLCU World Council meeting scheduled to take place in Santiago, Chile, later in May.

A luncheon in his honor was held with members of the Boston branch, where the importance of continuing cultural and social work in host countries was reaffirmed, as well as the need to strengthen initiatives supporting Lebanese youth—particularly through strategic projects such as the Entrepreneurship Support and Local Economic Reconstruction Fund, which the WLCU will present at its upcoming meeting in Santiago. This initiative aims to connect diaspora energies with Lebanon’s urgent needs and promote sustainable development.
